What are your shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on all purchases.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
All orders are shipped via DHL or DPD, selected for their reliability and efficiency. Each purchase is fully tracked and insured, with the item's value declared for shipping purposes to ensure proper coverage. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees upon receipt of their item.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery times:
- Within Europe: 2–5 business days
- Outside Europe: 3–7 business days
Total shipping time includes processing time + transit time and may vary due to customs clearance, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
When will I receive my tracking number and packing details?
Your order will be dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details.
What is your return and refund policy?
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Each listing provides detailed specifications of the gemstones, including carat weight, metal purity, dimensions, and any imperfections. Additional photos or videos are available upon request before purchasing.
- Returns from the EU are accepted within 14 days.
- Returns from outside the EU require the buyer to cover return shipping costs and import taxes, as per Dutch regulations.
